Bornagain Mathebula began the cornerstone of his career in law, when he obtained his LLB degree in 2011 at the University of Limpopo. He then served his articles at Mabunda Incorporated where he gained vast experience in complex areas of civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Mathebula was admitted in February 2015 and granted the right to appear in the High Court of South Africa in February 2016. He later joined Nkosi Nkosana Incorporated in 2017 prior to starting his own practice in 2020. He has appeared on numerous occasions in the the High Court, Magistrate’s Court and Labour Court, dealing with complex matters in various fields of practice. His keen understanding of the wide arrays of legal services which he is able to render, is derived from actual experience from time spent in the trenches of the legal system and Courts.
