The firm is well recognised for providing tailored and integrated legal services across a wide range of practice fields. The unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has been the driving force behind the firm’s success. BM Inc is built to provide intelligent, flexible and tailored legal services to individual and corporate clients.

BM Inc has a wide range of legal experience and specialises in complex Civil and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Administrative and Municipal Law, Labour law, Property law, Commercial Contracts, Trade Mark Law, Procurement Law, Insolvency, Wills and Deceased Estate, Insurance Law, Estate Planning as well as Personal Injury claim, Medical Malpractice and Professional Negligence.

Given our experience and expertise, we have established a system that offer rapid response, appropriate advice and tailored legal opinion based on full comprehension of the individual and business needs of our clients. We are keen in following a holistic approach to ensure that our clients receive the best and suitable legal advise at all times. We have the relevant skills, technology, and capacity to deliver quality service for all our clients’ legal needs.

COST CERTAINTY

We understand that clients needs clarity and certainty concerning legal fees. At the commencement of our working relationship, we provide our clients with a tailored engagement letter and a proforma (curtesy) invoice giving our clients reasonable expectation of the legal fees to be incurred.

CONTINGENCY FEE

We understand that not all clients can afford legal services. Consequently, in an attempt to assist such clients, we handle the following cases on a contingency fee basis:
• Personal Injury claims
• Medical Malpractice claims
• Professional Negligence claims
• Minister of Police claims
• Any civil claim for patrimonial damages in high value

A contingency fees agreement simply means we do not charge our clients any legal fees until the finalisation of their case. Our fee shall be limited to 25% of the recovered amount of the claim.

CONVENIENT CONSULTATIONS

Not all clients have the time and means to drop everything and visit our offices during working hours. To accommodate such clients, we are flexible to travel to any convenient place for meeting and consultation at agreed date, including Saturdays. Alternatively, we consult telephonically or via video conference.
